This seems to be a huge price error for this kit that everyone else sells from $75 to over $100. When you search Walmart.ca, it shows the exact same photos/description in two listings - one for $89.03 (right price) and next to it the exact same kit for $37.98 (price error) I wasn't able to find the cheaper one on the shelves, but I ordered from their website and picked up same day at same store, and my friend had his shipped for free from another location.

If not stocked at your nearest Walmart, you can grab this kit from Rona or Home Depot and price match with their additional discount

I think that's just because the other one is sold by a third party not Walmart; the seller creates their own listing. It's not in-store because I don't think they sell this kind of niche product in store.

The same kit is $68.99 on sale at Canadian Tire, so it is a pretty good deal regardless of what everyone is saying.

The $89 link does not show "Ships and Sold from Walmart", it is sold by a 3rd party.

Definitely not a Price Error. Though, it is a good deal for those who need it.

It has been $37.98 since February 1, 2025. The lowest prior to that was 2021, around $47. Some have been sold since February & they have restocked the Online Stock overtime, so it would have been fixed if it was an error.

More than likely a "Clearout Price" - without being flagged as clearance.
